Attendees If you would like to attend the meeting, please print out the registration form at the bottom of this message and send it to the address below, together with the requisite payment. The deadline for registration is Monday 20th February. This is shorter notice than usual, and I would advise booking immediately. If we are over subscribed, priority will be given to current members but only if I receive the registration form by 20th February. Remaining places will be filled in accordance with the order in which registration forms are received.
I am afraid that postgraduates from academic institutions outside Wales will have to be charged the staff-rate. The charge for staff and retired staff is the same whether from within or outside Wales.
Please note that I must receive payment with the registration form. Note also that Gregynog charges a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within two months of the conference, and 100% for cancellations within 7 days of the conference: if you have to cancel we will only be able to refund your payment if we are able to fill your place.
Travel information can be found on the website: http://www.wales.ac.uk/en/UniversityConferenceCentre/GregynogHall.aspx
If you have any questions, about travel or anything else, please contact me at: cockburn.david@gmail.com
